Fruit Ninja Frenzy Force – Complete

Fruit Ninja: Frenzy Force, the project I’ve been working on for the better part of the last three years, is finally complete. All thirteen episodes are available to watch on YouTube Red. First episode is free.

I had the opportunity to take on on a number of different roles on this project, learning a lot and having fun working with a number of skilled and interesting professionals from all over the world.

If you’re interested in a peek behind the curtain, you can watch the director’s commentary of episode one, featuring myself and co-director, Gordon Crum.

Fruit Ninja Origins Trailers: Concept Art

As promised, below is a small selection of my concept art from the Fruit Ninja Origins Trailers (see previous post to view trailers).

As you can see, the project required concept art on a number of different subjets including character design, prop and environment design, and my favorite; weapon design.

Fruit Ninja Origins Trailers: Complete

Here is the full set of Fruit Ninja trailers I worked on for most of 2013 with the People’s Republic of Animation and Halfbrick. As far as I can remember, this was the first time I took on a role that was not exclusively art related (though I did also produce much of the concept art for these – I plan to post some of this soon).

I co-wrote and directed these trailers with the team at Halfbrick. Check ‘em out below:
